Giza Systems signed a strategic partnership with eHealth, the established technology and digital connector for the health, medical, and insurance sectors. The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Africa Health ExCon 2024.

The MOU marks a collaborative effort to leverage Giza Systems' experience in digital enablement and systems integration with eHealth's innovative solutions in healthcare technology. This partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency, data analytics, healthcare delivery and support the digital transformation of healthcare systems.

The collaboration will focus on the development and deployment of comprehensive digital health solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare providers and patients in the MEA region. By employing data analytics and artificial intelligence, the smart health solutions aim to enhance predictive healthcare, patient monitoring, and decision support systems.

From the operational and business aspect, the partnership aims to implement technologies to automate administrative processes, improve revenue cycle management, and streamline workflows in healthcare facilities.
